To me, flow arts is much more than just movement—it’s a grounding practice and a vital creative outlet that connects the mind, body, and soul. Whether I’m spinning with my gear from partners like Spinflowstar or moving through music at festivals like EDC and Lost Lands, flowing is a form of active meditation. It unlocks a state of complete presence, synchronizing rhythm, focus, and expression into one seamless experience.
